OUR WAY OF WORKING

We work with the latest translation tools and have extensive glossaries and reference materials.

We discuss the translation by email or telephone with the client and a deadline and price are agreed. We carry out research using glossaries, wordbanks and terminology lists. We then produce the translation that passes through review and correction before being
returned to the client.

We often contact clients for further information about the translation or to clarify details on terminology. Your company's reputation rests with the quality of your documentation. Rest assured that we will take every effort to produce the highest quality work for you.

Translation
The client provides the text to be translated, We agree on a price per word and a deadline and this is returned within the agreed period.

Copywriting
The client provides the scope and any supporting documentation and we produce a text. We charge a set price based on the amount of time required.

Interpreting
This work is priced by the hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours and travelling expenses.

Transcription
Recorded speech which we write and perhaps translate too. We calculate the price for transcription based on the complexity, speed of speech and number of minutes. The translation is priced separately as above.

Proof-reading, revision, editing
We often proof-read other translators' work or revise and edit documents written by non-native speakers. This work is priced on an hourly basis.
